TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When you book a service with One Cars, we request you to read the terms and conditions carefully and agree to the same. Once the service is agreed upon, these terms and conditions will be binding.


BOOKING POLICY

  • Customers should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of detailing service. One Cars will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any such belongings found inside the vehicle.

  • All vehicles are cleaned at the customers own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes.

  • We avoid use of any electrical devices on cars that may drain its battery. However, leaving doors open during the cleaning process can drain the battery if it is in a weak state. Customers need to ensure the car battery is in proper working condition.

  • Our detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the detailing type. Any change in time required to complete the task shall be communicated to the customer.

  • Whilst every effort will be made to keep regular bookings to the same day and time, sometimes it may be necessary to make changes but we will endeavour to communicate the changes prior to your arrival.

  • We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and /or machinery or equipment failure.

  • One Cars reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

  • One Cars reserves the right to refuse or deny customer demands above and beyond the booked detailing in case of time constraints or other unavoidable circumstances.

  • One Cars will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances.

  • We will not be held responsible to fix any paint failures that may occur during exterior cleaning.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel/reschedule a booking for your vehicle, kindly do so at least 48 hours in advance of the appointment so that we can fill that time slot. Any cancellations made after that would be subject to a cancellation fee.

PRICING POLICY
One Cars reserves the right to amend the preliminary cost estimate (given prior to the detailing) should it differ from the original scope of work. Full Payment needs to be made by the customer at the time of pickup of the vehicle.

 

REFUND POLICY
One Cars does not provide Refund on services that have been already provided.

 

SERVICE GUARANTEE

  • If there is probable and clear cause that the service technician did not fulfill the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will at our cost refund or redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service.

  • Cleaning or repairing the vehicle personally or professionally after the initial service without authorization from One Cars voids our Service Guarantee. Redos, refunds, or reimbursements will not be made after any unauthorized cleaning or repairs.

  • Failure to disclose at the time of booking any conditional issues that involve heavy stains, foul odours, human or animal biological waste, mould, mildew, chemical spills, chemical overspray or any other hazardous materials voids our service guarantee. No refunds, redos, or any additional work will be performed outside of the original package or estimate.

  • Some issues may require services beyond those you ordered. Refusing the services recommended by customer service or your on-site technician may invalidate the service guarantee.

  • Only services included in your order and additional services authorized by One Cars are covered under our service guarantee. Any services not authorized by One Cars are at customer’s own risk.

  • Payment is due at the completion of your service. Refusal or failure to pay for your service invalidates our service guarantee.

  • Any redo services or discounts are at the sole discretion of One Cars.

PRIVACY POLICY

When filling the contact form on our site, you will be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number or other details to help you with your experience. This information is used by us to provide better service while responding to your queries.
